В Америке были в первый раз. Боялись, что персонал “B & B Lounge” не говорит по - русски, были очень удивлены по приезду, что почти все на ресепшн нас понимали. С первого взгляда отель производит хорошее впечатление. Отель понравился всем - отличный и вежливый персонал, огромная доброжелательность к отдыхающим, гостеприимные владельцы. Расположение отеля прекрасное. Еда отличная, вкусная и разнообразная, выбор меню большой, кухня подходит, и взрослым, и детям. Хороший отель, уютные номера, чистый бассейн, доступные цены! Уборка номера производится ежедневно. Отличная инфраструктура при отеле. Все мило и очень приятно! Внимательный персонал, вовремя встретил, работники отеля всегда готовы помочь и дать совет - в незнакомой стране это очень важно! Впечатления после отдыха только положительные. При нашем следующем пребывании в Америке остановимся именно в этом отеле. Рекомендуем всем, кто хочет интересно и недорого отдохнуть!!!!! А владельцам отеля желаем успехов и процветания!

The staff is very creepy and behind the friendly facade they followed us around asking tons of questions before handing back the keys of our room every night. Don't expect much respect for your privacy or to be treated like a paying customer. I wouldn't go back.

The food was excellant and so were the staffI think the air-con could be updated and the room could do with a paint

I could not give a good point.Flush in toilt of room 107 did not function correctly.

The apartments were really nice inside and beds were comfortable.There was no mention of a deposit to be took from my deposit before arrival and 5 days later my deposit is still not been return to my bank

Polite, helpful staff. Value for money. Good size room and bathroom.Plenty of hot water. Good breakfast. Clean. Next door to ncpmultistory car park.

the building and estate were interesting

Very surprised at the quality of the rooms for the price we paid. Onlystayed one might in a small double room, the room was small but fine fora short stay, the bathroom was excellent all very modern with abrilliant shower!. All in all a great room, location couldn't have beenbetter either very happy with the price paid £70 inc continentalbreakfast.Un petit moins au petit dej pas trés varié

We liked the location of the Hotel, we arrived at night and found it very easily. The check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly.The room was spacious and the facilities excellent.We also liked the location. it was an easy 5 minute walk to the trendy marina area and therefore onto the main streets.

Mostly OK as a predictable Premier InnThe wifi internet service worked most of the time but did drop the connection occasionally.Although I did pay extra for the internet access it was at least reasonable at 3 pounds per day.The breakfast was very average and expensive at 8.25. Had I not been so pressed for time I would have gone to the Paramount restaurant at the corner of Portland and Oxford for the full English breakfast for 3 or 4 pounds instead.

Great location. We were upgraded without even asking to a suite, which was one if the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Really helpful staff. Extremely clean.The room 114 was somewhat sparsely furnished and the addtion of an armchair would have been appreciated. It was also surprising to have a holein the bedsheet. To gain access to room 114 you have to go up a small staircase serving this room and another - in the morning at the bottom of the stairs it was like walking through a shower with water dripping from the ceiling, and also walk over a very wet towel which had been placed there. Not really what I would expect from your hotel.

Close to main areas and very fashinable hotel. A little loudy at nightsThat I had to leave.

New York hotels are a little smaller than in other places weexperienced. This hotel is situated near Soho and just above downtown.The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what is outstanding.Quality of the in house food is excellent. It is not a cheap hotel butvery contemporary in design and outlook.Not really the hotels fault but I got electric shocks touching anythingin the hotel - our room door, the button for the lift, the bannisteretc. It was only happening to me and only in the hotel - very strange !

the hotel was well located, trendy bar areas and A little on the quirky side. generally A good experience to be A guest.It would be great to have a few more drawers in the room - but this is a really little niggle!

it was central for what we wanted to do. clean and very friendly. food was very good too. the staff cant do enough for you.only a small thing - the tea bags weren't replenished in our room when it was serviced. This wasn't a huge problem as we were only there for one more night and so didn't bother to complain!

Staff were excellent and the room, although small was quite comfortable.Having a separate bathroom across the hall was a little inconvenient.Parking was expensive and limited to 4 hour stays.Suggest the hotel think about residents' permits.

The staff were very helpful. It was exactly in the right location forme. It was clean and comfortable and a good price. The breakfastswere very good - with nice staff serving.All in all, i had a very nice time and would certainly return.The rooms are a little small and it has a student feel to it
